Une grande attention est port\u00e9e sur la pr\u00e9cision des placements dans les postures ce qui permet de mieux comprendre sa propre anatomie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Une pratique r\u00e9guli\u00e8re du yoga d\u2019alignement permettra d\u2019assouplir, renforcer et reg\u00e9n\u00e9rer le corps. Cela peut aider \u00e0 r\u00e9duire durablement les douleurs articulaires et musculaires.
