Il est le fruit de diff\u00e9rentes travers\u00e9es \u2014 <strong>artistiques, sensorielles, spirituelles<\/strong> \u2014 qui ont peu \u00e0 peu dessin\u00e9 une m\u00eame direction : celle de la <strong>pr\u00e9sence<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Avant de devenir enseignante, j\u2019ai \u00e9tudi\u00e9 \u00e0 <strong>l\u2019\u00c9cole des Beaux-Arts<\/strong>. Cette formation a profond\u00e9ment fa\u00e7onn\u00e9 mon regard. Elle m\u2019a appris \u00e0 observer les lignes, les volumes, les perspectives, les tensions et les \u00e9quilibres. \u00c0 contempler la lumi\u00e8re, la mati\u00e8re, le vide autant que la forme. Ce regard plastique ne m\u2019a jamais quitt\u00e9e. Aujourd\u2019hui encore, il irrigue ma mani\u00e8re d\u2019enseigner : chaque posture est une architecture vivante, chaque corps une \u0153uvre en mouvement, chaque alignement une composition sensible o\u00f9 le vide a autant d\u2019importance que la forme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u2019est ensuite \u00e0 travers le <strong>Kundalini Yoga<\/strong> que j\u2019ai rencontr\u00e9 une dimension plus \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique et vibratoire de la pratique. Le souffle, les kriyas, la r\u00e9p\u00e9tition, la puissance du mantra ont ouvert en moi une exp\u00e9rience directe de la circulation int\u00e9rieure. Cette approche m\u2019a permis de ressentir le corps non seulement comme structure, mais comme champ d\u2019\u00e9nergie, travers\u00e9 de flux, d\u2019expansion et de r\u00e9sorption.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Parall\u00e8lement, <strong>la m\u00e9ditation assise silencieuse<\/strong> est devenue un pilier essentiel de mon chemin. S\u2019asseoir, ne rien faire, \u00e9couter les fluctuations mentales, accueillir les sensations et les \u00e9motions sans intervenir \u2014 cette simplicit\u00e9 radicale a profond\u00e9ment orient\u00e9 ma compr\u00e9hension du yoga. J\u2019y ai d\u00e9couvert que la posture est exp\u00e9rience avant d\u2019\u00eatre exercice, qu\u2019elle vise un \u00e9tat plus qu\u2019une performance, et que le passage du \u00ab faire \u00bb \u00e0 \u00ab l\u2019\u00eatre \u00bb transforme le corps d\u2019objet en sujet vivant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ces \u00e9tapes ont naturellement trouv\u00e9 un point de convergence dans la pratique posturale inspir\u00e9e de <strong>l\u2019enseignement de B. K. S. Iyengar<\/strong>. Il repose sur des instructions pr\u00e9cises qui r\u00e9v\u00e8lent les diff\u00e9rentes g\u00e9om\u00e9tries du corps. Mais lorsque je parle d\u2019alignement, il ne s\u2019agit pas seulement d\u2019organisation externe : j\u2019\u00e9voque l\u2019enveloppe visible, la structure interne, les micro-mouvements organiques, la respiration, la circulation \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mon regard d\u2019artiste rencontre ici la cartographie yogique : chakras comme roues de conscience, n\u0101\u1e0d\u012bs comme rivi\u00e8res, su\u1e63um\u1e47\u0101 comme canal central. L\u2019analogie entre le corps et le cosmos me touche profond\u00e9ment. Chaque ajustement devient une porte vers un univers int\u00e9rieur. Chaque posture est une exploration des paysages qui nous habitent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J\u2019aime cr\u00e9er les conditions propices \u00e0 l\u2019exploration des diff\u00e9rentes tonalit\u00e9s du corps : expansion, vibration, verticalit\u00e9, espace, pl\u00e9nitude, lumi\u00e8re, force, cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9, volupt\u00e9\u2026 Ces qualit\u00e9s ne sont pas recherch\u00e9es comme des objectifs, mais r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9es comme des \u00e9tats d\u00e9j\u00e0 pr\u00e9sents, parfois voil\u00e9s, qui demandent simplement \u00e0 \u00eatre reconnus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Chaque s\u00e9ance est pens\u00e9e comme un rituel d\u2019offrande de soi \u00e0 soi. Un moment o\u00f9 l\u2019espace int\u00e9rieur peut se lib\u00e9rer, devenir vacant, ouvert. Peu \u00e0 peu, l\u2019\u00e9coute s\u2019affine.
