Ils sont des outils d\u2019apprentissage qui permettent d\u2019aborder les asanas avec plus d\u2019aisance, de clart\u00e9 et de s\u00e9curit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Leur r\u00f4le n\u2019est pas de simplifier la posture, mais d\u2019en r\u00e9v\u00e9ler l\u2019espace et la direction. En soutenant le corps, ils aident \u00e0 mieux comprendre le geste juste, \u00e0 affiner l\u2019attitude posturale et \u00e0 rester suffisamment longtemps dans la posture pour en percevoir les effets en profondeur. Ils ouvrent ainsi l\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 des zones du corps souvent peu explor\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>Les supports sont avant tout des moyens pour sentir l\u2019asana. Ils donnent une direction, une information.
